换IP后无法打开文件

但在IIS management里面的文件不能复制不能移动,只能编辑的.大侠能不能帮我看下啊

该设的都设了,还是不行.没办法把文件从根目录里移出来,因为根目录打不开.

问题是文件在根目录里,又打不开,没办法看到这个文件, 不知道怎样才能移动到子目录,并且godaddy说 To resolve this, move the Access database to a folder within your hosting plan, you will have to update your site scripts to point at this folder. 我必须得更新网站的脚本指像这个文件夹? 还要做什么程序上的变更吗? 之前一直好好的啊,Godaddy换了IP就这样了,晕

网站根目录下应该有这个文件的，不会的话，再联系godaddy客服问问吧，这个我也没有接触过

问题解决了,谢谢大家. 我按他说的做了.先把有的文件都移到新的文件夹里了,改了权限,但发现网站打不开了,只好又全部移出了,结果问题就解决.怎么好了,自己也稀里糊涂的.
Thanks for your response. I have reviewed this matter and currently there is not a file titled root on your hosting server. Root refers to the root level of you server where your Access database resides. The root level does not have write permissions and this is what is causing the error associated with your site. You will need to create a folder from the root level that you can move the Access database file to.

To Create New Directories Using the FTP File Manager

Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the FTP File Manager icon.

Use the directory tree to navigate to where you want the directory to reside.

Click the New Directory button.

Enter the new directory name you want to use.

Click OK.

The new directory will now be created with the new name you selected.

Now you can move your Access database file to it.

To move a file in your hosting account from one directory to another using the Hosting Control Center's File Manager

Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon.

Use the directory tree to navigate to where the file resides that you want to move.

Select the file and click the Move button.

Select the directory from the Root Tab into which you would like to Move the selected file(s).

Click OK.

The file you selected will now be moved to the destination you selected.
