It appears that the domain name does not point to the proper IP address of your hosting plan. You would want to update the domain name to point to the IP address of your hosting plan. To view the IP address of your hosting plan, please use the following steps:
• Log in to your Account Manager.
— If you need the login information for your account, please use the Account Retrieval System.
• From the My Products menu, select Hosting.
• Click the domain name for the hosting plan in question.
• In the Overview tab, your Server IP Address or Dedicated Hosting IP will be listed.
Note: The Dedicated Hosting IP takes precedence over the Server IP Address. Changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just our services. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.

说你的ip指向不正确，检查下你正确的IP是多少，设置你的解析记录的IP指向正确的IP
