[提问] 关于给客服写信的问题

我想就换系统27小时都没有换好的问题给客服写信...
请问在* Product: 里应该先填 什么..

然后希望能有个信件的范本..
请版主帮忙解决一下.

填什么没关系。一般问题都选这两个,但是其实你不确定的话,都选others 就好了
