安装ssl被拒绝？这是怎么回事呢

我的空间刚开通几天，当时设主域名时绑定的ssl。今天收到一封信，说安装失败。被拒绝，像这种基本上是什么原因导致的啊？

信件内容：
Dear Secure Certificate Customer,

An SSL certificate cannot be issued for the domain: www.***.com without domain authentication.

Verification of your certificate request has failed.

Your certificate request has been denied.

呵呵，粗心。国外的激活方式还是和中国的有些差别。邮件邮件确认时没有点done。搞定
