Godaddy没退款保证吗?

我购买Godaddy主机.使用没几个小时觉得后台太复杂就退了
退款后发现金额不对又发了一封信问他回信说我已经使用只
当月金额要扣掉.

刚刚去官网看好像没看到退款保证的字样.之前有吗?

原交易金额：＄59.63 USD
退款金额：＄54.68 USD

Unfortunately, the hosting account was setup,
so the first month was already in use when you canceled the hosting account.
You were refunded for the remaining, unused months.

一般都是可以全额退款的，偶尔也有扣除已使用费用的
他们的后台是很简单的一个，其他的更复杂

不知道paypal有没有相关条文.有的话我顺便申诉.

每次都被外国人整...
