你的页面图片太多太大了，这样的缩略图一个几k就可以了，你的一个有40多K
还有底下那些文字，这样效果不好还容易被认为作弊
如果想SEO的话，至少图片的alt要写上，而不是在底部那样加关键词

找个会做网站的人吧，现在这个做网站的会把你害惨的
