Thank you for responding with the requested information. We have reviewed the trace you provided and this does appear to be a localized issue and you will need to contact you ISP for support on this issue.

Keep in mind that China's government and ISP's have many websites and IP addresses blocked from being viewed. It is likely that this is the reason you cannot see it from in China. This is also not something that we can fix, since it is not us that is blocking the site.

Please note: since this issue is likely related to selective blocking of IP addresses on your ISP's part, this can cause you to not see one website but still be able to see another. This is why it is an ISP issue. We cannot unblock servers on a system that we do not have the ability to make changes on (your ISP's proxy, for example)

换IP或者买独立IP

我之前也碰过。后来发了几封邮件，又打电话。把IP换了就行了。不太难。

GD说不能换IP地址，建议买独立IP
纠结呀，觉得不值得
但主机又还有一年多时间呢
