This site will list any domain name that has been registered as 'For Sale' when you search for the domain through them and this is because this is just an ad to purchase a service where they will contact you on behalf of the buyer to try to facilitate a sale of the domain. Should this occur it is entirely up to you if the domain will be sold and this cannot be taken from you without your authorization.
