今天godaddy来信说我的SSL证书申请被拒绝了

请教版主，我现在该怎么办？能不能要求退款？

退款后能不能换个主域名再申请？

什么原因拒绝的？

他们要求我提供身份证复印件和写一份正式信件说明网站的用途，我照办后，他们来信说申请被拒绝了，没有说原因，来信如下：

Your certificate request for the following domain: [ www.12345.com ], has been denied by a Registration Authority (RA) associate.

The requested certificate cannot be issued.
