Thank you for contacting Hosting Support. In regards to your hosting account for sixdream.com:

Because we are seeing these files in so many places in
your hosting account unfortunately we cannot remove these files for you.

Because of the error, you cannot FTP to your hosting
account. We suggest you use our file manager to delete folders that
these files are in. To save time, you should delete folders that hold
these files and not just files.



To Delete Files or Folders From Your Hosting Account Using the Hosting Control Center's File Manager



Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon.

Use the directory tree to navigate to the file or folder you want to delete.

Select the file or folder and click the Delete button.

Click OK.


The file or folder you selected will now be deleted from your hosting account.




After you do this please contact us back so we can further review this issue.

Please contact us if you have any further issues.

Thank you for contacting Hosting Support in regards to your hosting account for sixdream.com. We understand you have experienced instances were you are getting 500 errors on i-38.com. In order for us to further troubleshoot this issue we need you to address some files and folders in the account which is causing issue with our troubleshooting and not allowing us to attempt to correct the issue. Previously we advised about the file name that are not in an acceptable format for our systems. Though you have addressed the example we presented you before, there are still other files in the account that need to be removed and/or the name of the file changed before we can continue.

Here are three examples:

zixun/$hdwiki$.zip
zixun/$a$
other88qz.cn/数据库

Please make sure to update these files/folders to contain only Alpha-Numeric characters and no special characters such as: '!', '@', '$', etc. Once this issue is addressed, please respond once so we can continue to troubleshoot.


To Rename a File in Your Hosting Account Using the Hosting Control Center's File Manager



Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon.

Use the directory tree to navigate to the file you want to rename.

Select the file and click the Rename button.

In the Rename field, enter the new file name you want to use.

Click OK.



The file you selected will now be renamed with the new name you selected.

is causing errors in your hosting account. More Specifically files with
names that have unique language characters not compatable with our
hosting accounts. Because we are seeing these files in so many places in
your hosting account we believe they have been uploaded by a theme or
plugin for Wordpress.

For Example:
sixdream.com\6xm.org\old\template\bluemountain_common_jackie_0110_2\images\????–????“??????????????????????–??????.gif

This file will cause errors on your hosting. Do not try to just delete
this file though, there are many files like this in your hosting
account. Also, because of the error, you cannot FTP to your hosting

500 error on my site, my domain name is i-38.com. I have a whole host of sites in the500 error occurred, has been a week, and how? IIS7 is also the state of waiting forinstallation!


For my site I am very anxious not access! The status of my IIS7:. NET Runtime Version Pending Setup.
I set the web.config file to show off my site go wrong, but still no use, now how to fix my website host, all I am very anxious for a week!

不给你说了, 让你去文件管理(file manage)删除文件
错误是由于文件太多造成的,且文件不要用中文文件名,
不知道是你不理解上面英文的意思, 还是怎么着
