求安慰！支付宝支付失败退款还没到~~~~~~妈妈说标题要长

从2月14号使用支付宝购买godaddy空间失败以来，退款到现在都没收到，发了好几次的信了，都让等待！
都超过10天了，有点担心！
不知道是不是会被杯具~~~~~，求安慰！

昨天又收到回信了！信的内容如下：
Thank you for contacting online support. We have reviewed this issue, and i appears that a debit was taken for the payment until 3/3/2011. We had neither received nor refunds the funds in question. Once the funds are provided to us from Alipay the order will either complete or you will be refunded. If the items are not in your shopping cart at the time the funds are provided to us to complete the order, the order will be rejected. If they are in the shopping cart of the same amount the order will complete. if the order is rejected an email is sent regarded this to the email address on your account. From that point you would need to wait 7-10 business days to receive the refund to your Alipay account. The order should be either completed or rejected within 24 hours.
