GoDaddy 15分钟成功退款经历

本人以前甚少接触主机之类的东西，是最近想买个域名玩一下通过搜索引擎来到idcspy，在上面的帖子了学习到不少东西，现在分享一些自己的经历，也算是感谢这里的版主和网友。

事情大概就是我当时为朋友用Promo code 以economy share plan（linux）购买delux plan，然后加1.99美元买一个域名。后来朋友表示想买Windows的plan，又下单买了一个Windows的plan并且马上取消了Linux的账户。

本来是打算发邮件申请退款，可是由于1.99美元是跟linux plan一起下单，不知道会否影响。最后决定打电话。由于退款事宜，所以直接打了Billing Department

打通以后，漫长等待了11分钟才有人听电话，一下是对话内容（不完整，隐私部分用星号）：

CS: Thank you for calling godaddy billing department. I'm **** what is your customer number?
我: Hi, my customer number is 4*******.
CS: OK. What is your PIN? The 4 digits number.
我: ****
CS: All right. What's your name?
我: Z***** W**（先念名字后念姓）
CS: All right here we go. What is your question?
我: I was planing to purchase a windows web hosting plan with 1.99 domain. But I made a mistake that I bought the Linux plan. And I had purchase a windows plan by place another order.
Now I would like to request a refund for my cancel Linux plan account.
CS: 原文忘记了，大概就是说没问题，我现在给你退款之类的。
我: Ok, thank you. But I still have another question. I bought the 1.99 domain with this plan. Do I still eligible to that promotional price or I have to pay the full fee?
CS: No. You still got your domain.
我: OK. I appreciate your help today.
CS: Do you have any other question?
我:No. Thank you, good bye.
CS: Good bye.

电话还没挂，gmail里已经收到Paypal通知退款的邮件了，果然非常效率！对话过程不到5分钟，主要的电话费都花在听音乐里，我用移动12593打，0.39一分钟。
