GD的mssql数据库连接不上

后台登陆信息数据库信息都对了！但是就是连不上，改了数据库密码还是不行，恢复数据库还是连不上！不知道怎么解决！？版主帮个忙，怎么解决，发ticket怎么写呢？

Regarding your hosting account skyqvod.com:

It has come to our attention that your MSSQL database user 'zamorano' was causing the SQL server to run at 100% CPU with the inability to take backups or service other customers. Therefore, in order to prevent this affecting other customers, as well as to ensure the health of the shared server, we have disabled the login to bring the server back to normal levels. We recommend that you review your website content to find the cause of the over-utilization. We will re-enabled the database user after the code causing the over-utilization is corrected.

If you are unable to reduce the over-utilization of this database and limit the effect the queries being run on it on server resources, you should then consider the need to upgrade to a Dedicated Server.

看英文，官方好像停止了你的登陆，需要你自己找出其原因，要不就升级专业的服务器
