Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately we are unable to take action regarding this issue. In order for us to remove the domain from someones hosting account, we would need to verify the ownership. Since the domain is not registered through us and has privacy active, we are unable to do so. You would either need to cancel the privacy or transfer the domain to your account. I apologize for any inconvenience.

取消域名的隐私保护或者转移域名到你GD的账号下
再给GD发ticket验证域名的所有权

你的域名那里注册的验证域名所以权？国内的域名或许有的时候需要哦。
