bluehost主机如何办理退款？

主机已使用一年，还有一年才到期。
现不想继续做网站，想向bluehost要求退款，
具体操作是发信还是在cpanel面板上提出退款要求？

“renew your account”上已经选择了“Do not renew ”
接下来如何操作？

另，接到一信如下，我需要做什么确认手续吗？（本人英文差，现请教~~）
