hostmonster退款教程

退款方式如下：有两种方式一种是在线退款，选择billing部门然后进入（退款时间上午3点到下午2点前，虽然客服说是早3到下午3但是经我测试是下午2点）：过了这个时间可以用第二种方式；
另一种就是到这里http://helpdesk.hostmonster.com/index.php/打开ticket的选择billing部门；提交ticket；
退款格式如下：
Hello   
        I need to cancel my accout .and refund the money
        my domain:xxxxx
         Login username :xxx
        password:xxx
        Thanks
最好能附加上你的交易号：不知道的可以登录你的cpanel面板查看；
然后客服会发来邮件：

1) Your first and last name.（你的全称）

2) For security purposes, verify you are the account owner with:
    *The last four characters of the cPanel login password  ----  Thank you for already verifying!（提供cpanel面版的后四位登录密码）
    *The full PayPal Invoice number for the most recent hosting purchase.（提供paypal付款交易号）

3) Is the PayPal account that was used for the purchase of these services still active?  The refund will be issued back to this PayPal account with which the service was purchased and cannot be issued to a credit card or another PayPal account.（paypal账号是否正常，回复yes即可）

4) Is your contact email address listed in the Profile/Billing tab of your cPanel current and unassociated with your hosting services?  If necessary, please update the email address to a current address unassociated with your hosting account and confirm.  This is where all notifications regarding your account will be sent.（电子邮件确认，问你的电子邮件地址是否正常回复yes）

5) Please confirm you have backups of ALL necessary emails, files, and databases somewhere other than Hostmonster servers. When a cancellation is processed, ALL content is permanently deleted from the account. Once this data has been deleted, there is no possibility of restoration.（你空间是否备份，回复yes，I have backup）

6) Please specify if you do not want to have your domain name(s) auto-renew, we can update the domain renewal settings to Manual Renew or set the domain to expire at the end of its current term.
   *If you wish to continue to have Hostmonster auto-renew your domains, simply keep your domains on the default Auto-Renew setting. Domain registrations are $10.00 each per year. Privacy is an additional $4.95 per domain per year. All domains kept on the default Auto-Renew setting attempt renew 15 days prior to expiration.（免费域名问题，没有注册免费域名没有此项）

Please note, canceling your hosting account will delete the hosting services for all domains associated with the account (parked/unparked/addons).

The hosting cancellation cannot be processed until we receive the requested information and also confirmation stating you have backups somewhere other than Hostmonster servers. We await your reply.

可能主机商还会发邮件给你要求你提供身份证验证；

如果你已经使用过邮件或者ticket退款那么回复hostmonster回复给你的邮件即可，不要再联系在线客服，即使联系他们还是要求你通过邮件来回复他们。他们是不会给你在线退款的，除非你没有发送邮件或者提交过ticket可以使用在线退款。（注意很多的退款邮件一般都是发送到你的注册邮箱中所有当我们退款时要多注意注册邮箱中的邮件）

提交了ticket之后要等多久才能退款呢，真烦死了，刚买的空间，还没用呢，就是被封的。

The domain registration and the hosting account for iphonemp3toringtone.com have been canceled at your request. A refund of $0000 has now been processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed by your bank or credit card company, and applied to the credit/debit card with which the service was purchased.

If you decide you would like to host with Hostmonster at a later date, please contact our Billing Department to create a hosting account again, and we will be happy to assist you.
