域名解绑后不能绑到别的空间，求助

原来我通过买域名送了个免费主机，一直开通着，这个域名也绑在上面
后来想在别的主机用这个域名，于是前天（2月9号）就把这个免费主机直接cancel掉了
但是到现在这个域名还是不能绑到别的主机上，总提示这个域名已经被使用了，给gd发邮件也没解决
先是回复我说：

Currently, your domain name does not appear to be associated with any hosting accounts.  You should be able to set up this domain name on a hosting account with no issues.

我跟他说确实是不行，不能绑

他就回我：

It appears you are responding to a previous incident from a different email address. To further assist you we will need to verify your account or you can respond to your original support ticket for additional assistance. Please verify the account in your response to this email or respond to the original email with the information provided in this ticket. To verify the account, please reply with the 4 digit Support PIN.

To verify the Support PIN linked to the customer number:

Log into the account. Once logged in under the My Account Tab you will see the account holders first and last name in capital letters towards the center of the screen. Under the name will be the customer number and under it you will see the word 'PIN' followed by 4 blue stars. Clicking the four blue stars will refresh an account security information column on the right hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the new column, above a red and green button will be the Support PIN linked to the account- please make note of this and send it to us when replying to this email.
