官方回应如下，看来windows共享主机150G不能自定义404页面了。

If you do not wish to use the Hosting Control Center to setup your own customer 404 Error page, since you are on a shared hosting server you may not be able to customize a 404 page for each website you have within the hosting account. Normally you would configure 404 error messaging through a Web.config, however, the web.config configuration file will apply those changes to the entire hosting account, but not to specific web sites. You can research any other method that you do believe will work within a shared hosting environment and provide us details of what you intend on doing, and we can verify if that process will work within your Windows shared hosting account.
