[提问] SSL被自动续费,我要求退款,GD的来信是什么意思

Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

是说不退款吗?我是昨天被自动续费,不过在帐户里面看不到这个SSL,今天早上马上联系客服要求退款,然后才有上面的回复。
