怎样找GODADDY客服还原服务器上的程序文件

我联系了好几次了文件都没有恢复回来，
下面是我跟GODADDY客服的联系
I wonder if you have the backup for the other files besides the database, such as the program/ images of the website.
I know you have help me to restored the SQL database I need, but I also need you to help me to restore the program/ images which are related to the database under the hosting rachel.com I used before.

Is it possible to restore all things to them used to be? I mean before I deleted it by mistake.

If you had any value applications installed, you may need to reset your applications strings within the respected control panels. 他的意思是该恢复的我已经恢复了，剩下的叫我自己弄什么东东来的，GODADDY已经扣了我150刀，恢复了数据库，现在我要帮我恢复网页那个程序，如果恢复不了程序文件，只恢复数据库对我来也是没用的，联系了客服好多次，每次都说了客服都不明白，我应该怎样找客服说，请有谁懂请指点一下，非常谢谢

客服应该是认为已经把你的文件全部恢复了。如果你还有需要恢复的文件，你把文件夹名字，或者文件名告诉他，让他帮你恢复即可

客服人员回复说没有备份到那个程序文件，只有数据文件，我购买的是无限主机，里面开通了几个站点，分几个文件夹，请问这样的空间他们没有备份，据我所知服务器都有自动备份的功能，而且是定时自动备份，请问版主我该怎么办，你能不能帮帮我，我上个月17号删掉了，数据只能保留一个月时间
