【原作者误会】美国人也不讲理，切换主机变成取消服务器

As we have previously stated, our account documentation shows that you canceled the hosting service on 1/24/2011.  When you did this, the profile in our system was removed, which also deleted any files you had uploaded to the hosting server.  

If you want to restore service, please purchase a new plan and upload your files for the website.  

If you do not have the files saved locally for this site, please purchase a new plan, set it up with your domain and then respond with the requested information to perform the restore service. Please note, the restore of the account is not free.  You will need to agree to pay the $150 USD service fee to retrieve the files and restore them to your new account.  It also takes up to 10 business days to complete the restore, so please respond within a timely manner to restore the site as soon as possible.  We can only restore the site within 30 days of the cancellation date.  After that time frame has passed the account is non-refundable.  

Please let us know if we can help any other way.


这帮缺德玩意，明明是她们服务器出问题了，一直后台无法管理，我就一直没在意，服务器一直无法切换，那天我切换了一下居然可以了，我以为会解决问题呢，他们居然说我取消托管了，我刚续的费，这帮垃圾不明显敲诈吗

联系了，就说我自己删除的，我第一天使用GD就在这看到教程说小心删除，我都用两年了，而且现在网站还能访问，就是数据库没了

再和他们PK， 如果不想退款的花  就再联系他们说使他们系统问题。 你只是换主机方案 其他的没操作

我要想退钱我也不续费了，我像你说的发了他们还没回复呢，我用的DX1.5，老郁闷了现在，最近一直没设置好就没备份，没想到服务器彻底撂挑子，我记得取消好像只能在登陆之后那个地方，我只删除了几个二级域名的解析，再就是切换了下主机，我哪天续费的忘了，反正就那几天，我本来三月份才到期，我想年前都搞定了，他们可到简单直接退费，还净赚我俩月，我的网站还能访问，就是连不上数据库程序完蛋了，ftp也可以，你们说是不是他们程序出问题了，所以才造成显示是取消主机了，如果真取消了是不是就都没了
