请教主机有效期的问题？

因为一开始申请到了亚太机房，所双删除主机，并购买了一个月的ultimate plan(美国机房)，然后让客服把退款转到新的主机上。
奇怪的是产品名仍带有monthly字样, 产品列表中的Next billing是1/17/2014，是不是说明转移已经成功了？

我一开始用$194.60购买了3年的Linux-ultimate plan和一个域名($1.99的域名+20%空间优惠码)，分到了亚太机房。然后删除主机(域名保留)，用$11.99重新申请了一个月的Linux-ultimate plan(美国机房),并请客服把原资金转到新主机上并续到3年，然后余额退到我的paypal帐号上。今天登录GD发现新主机next billing date 已经是17/1/2014,奇怪的是GD退了＄181.43到我的paypal帐号上,按照我的理解应该退$11.99啊，始终没有搞明白。下面是客服最后的回复,难道以后会每个月扣费吗？请版主帮忙
