【求助各路大侠，GD 的VDS数据库问题！】

问题：godaddy vds 的数据库不能建立，同时数据库管理出错登陆不能进去！也重启过VDS！
     服务器网站都可以正常运行！
操作情况：之前在一域名下建立数据库（原来有数据库用户名和数据库的），重新输入用户名和密码保存，再建立数据库，后来发现建立MWIKI网站，连接不上数据库，当时不清楚么情况，后来原来的数据库下的网站打不开，后来知道操作出错，于是就回复了原来的数据库用户名，就是说重新输入原来的用户名和密码，后面网站正常了，新安装的网站还是链接不上数据库，于是就删除数据库，后来再建立，就建立不了数据库了，出现如下错误：  【当天就发邮件给GD了，后来回复让我百度一下，晕死！！谢谢哪位能帮忙指点下！急啊！】

Thank you for contacting Server Concierge.

I understand that you are having an issue creating a database on your server.  In reviewing the error it appears that it is a problem with the user not existing in the user database table.  I have attempted to create a database through the MySQL section of Simple Control Panel and was able to add a database without an issue at this time.  

Unfortunately we don't have any details on how to resolve the issue that is causing the error that you are receiving.  I would recommend researching the details of the error using your favorite search engine.  You may also wish to bring up this issue at the MySQL forums at http://forums.mysql.com/ to see if anyone has had this issue in the past or anyone can provide details on how to resolve this issue.

其他的都正常，现在才发现，只有在原来一域名下创建的数据库出现问题，创建不了，之前也是它出现的问题！
