求助!请教域名绑定问题

我以前在GD买过空间绑过域名,空间到期也没管他,但是新买的云主机绑定的时候却提示Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name.
我按照斑竹的教程在网站上发信息:"There's an error  "Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name."  when I add domain "xxxx.com " to my hosting . I don't  know  who added my domain . please check  and resolve  this problem .  Thanks"
然后发信过去"Please remove the domain “XXXX.com” from your hosting network . My PIN : XXXX Thanks. "
可是那边回过来的信却是这样说的:

To Cancel Your Domain

1. From ‘My Products’, click ‘Domain Manager’
2. Check the box next to the domain(s) you wish to cancel.
3. Click the 'Delete Selected' button from the menu above.
4. Check the box next to 'Please Cancel Domain(s)' to confirm that you would like to cancel.
5. Click the green 'Ok' button to complete the process.

The domain will be in a hold status for a few minutes while your request is pending update. During this period, several details of the domain(s) will be temporarily unavailable.

Once a domain has been canceled, it is released if not reactivated within 30 days.

If you change your mind and decide to keep a domain that you have canceled, you can reactivate it within 30 days. To reactivate an eligible domain, we require that the 4 digit PIN created on the account for verification.

我怀疑那边可能会错了意,让我删除域名,天啊照他那样做我的域名不是直接就删除了嘛?请各位大大们帮帮我
