SSL 续费后原来送的IP 到底会不会改换？

SSL 续费 IP 不是不改变吗 昨天续费后，狗爹发了个邮件 内容如下：

现在账户状态已经是 Pending Account Change 了
早知这样 还不如不续费 重新另买个。
