老空间明年2月到期,新买了个3年的,于是删了老的空间和SSL,把站都般到新的空间了,要求他退款他的回服

啥意思???

We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the Hosting account and revoke the certificate in quesiton within 5 days of the transaction date. Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.
Please note: Cancellation and refund of certain services will also cancel any free services associated with it.

Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.

To Cancel Your Hosting Account:


Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Click the domain name you want to use.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.


NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.

Please follow the directions below to revoke your certificate.
Please note: Revocation is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This results in the instant and permanent cancellation of your certificate. If this is done more than 30 days from issuance, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Once a certificate has been issued, any refund is less a $15 admin fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process.

• Log into your GoDaddy Account: https://www.godaddy.com/
• Under My Products Look for SSL Certificates
• Click the "Manage Certificate" Link
• Select the Certificates link on the left hand side of your screen
• Place a checkmark in the box next to the certificate you wish to Revoke
• Click the Revoke Icon in the toolbar near the top of your screen
• Enter a revocation reason in the space provided
• Press "Confirm" to revoke your certificate
*Please note revocation is a permanent action that will result in an immediate cancelation of your certificate from your account.

可这封信说的是

你回复邮件说你I have cancelled honsting and removed certificate,I want to get refund.
然后我建议把你当初购买这个空间时的订单号附上( my receipt id is XXXXXXXXX),这样客服可以知道你退掉的是哪个空间，祝你一切顺利！
