用GD做小言兑站，采集老是出错

我用的杰奇系统，采集一直出现如下错误
HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Wed, 08 Dec 2010 10:30:22 GMT Server: Apache X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.14 Set-Cookie: PHPSESSID=0db5a2c62011090bdca4bd4d65b3533d; path=/ Keep-Alive: timeout=15, max=60 Connection: Keep-Alive Transfer-Encoding: chunked Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

请问有人碰到过类似问题吗？如何解决的？

以前的空间没有问题，后来被封重新买了2个空间，都出现这种问题，难道GD现在对采集限制了？

可能是配置文件出错，检查web.config，.htaccess等文件
