求助！GODADDY免费邮箱只能发件不能收件

求助！
用的是GODADDY送的免费邮箱，用OUTLOOK设置收发件，设置没有问题，用的是POP.ASIA.SECURESERVER.NET和SMTPOUT.ASIA.SECURESERVER.NET，80/110，能发邮件，但是不能收邮件，我用的邮箱发邮件到我的该邮箱也被退回，提示错误信息如下！

    XX@XXXXXXXX.com

请教这是什么问题呢？为什么发到这个免费邮箱的邮件会被退回呢？但是从这个邮箱发邮件出去是没有问题的，求解，谢谢！

另外还有个问题想咨询 下，DOMAIN那边有个STATUS，可以选择为LOCK和UNLOCKED,请教 该选哪个？这个是干嘛用的 呢？我改过 这个状态，GODADDY还专门发邮件提醒告知了。
