godaddy退款时间要多久

买的空间申请退款了，也收到了“GoDaddy.com Refund”邮件，买了三个月的，空间分配到新加坡，速度太慢了，没过几天就申请退款了，结果却扣了一个月的费用。至今没有收到退款，支付方式是支付宝。请问是怎么回事？感谢大家！！！！
