用支付宝购买godaddy域名 款退回，帐号被锁

这个帐号是12月1号注册的，当天注册，当天购买域名的，
1号 用支付宝购买godaddy域名  因为帐号没钱

所以后来往支付宝里冲钱了，

直接冲支付宝那边的定单付款了，域名却没有，给GODADDY提交问题了，域名就生效了，

但昨天 4号 款被退回来了，现在帐号被锁了，大家有碰到这个情况吗？怎么处理？



难道没付款人的身份证扫描就没办法了吗？

这个帐号下的旧以前，从别的ID转过来的，怎么管理？

我没碰见过这种情况`~买了几个玉米跟主机都是直接用支付宝买的没任何问题!!
