求助“不退款由亚太机房更换至美国机房的办法”

11月22号购买了经济型主机+域名，无奈是亚洲机房的，遂想换成美国机房，按照上帖的方法删除了主机，发信要求把余额转存美国机房，信件如下：

Hello,sir.

Due to some unkonw reason,the access speed from AP Regional to China is very slow,i had canceled my old AP Regional hosting and add a new American hosting in my shopping car,i hope you can help me to get old host balance transfer to my new host ,thank you

回信如下：
Dear xxx,

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

If you purchase and setup another hosting plan, we can perform a credit move. This would place the remaining credit on the new hosting plan from the canceled hosting plan. Please respond with your request when this has been completed. Please use the following instructions to continue with your purchase:

Log in to your Account Manager.
— If you need the login information for your account, please use the Account Retrieval System.
Click the Shopping Cart button in the upper-right hand corner.
Click the Go to Cart button.
Click the Checkout Now button.

After you purchase a hosting plan, you need to log in to your Account Manager to finish setting up your account.

登陆上去貌似依旧没有转存余额，希望大家帮忙看看什么原因啊~
