换IP，结果把独立IP换没了，晕

今天一个主机想换下IP，结果就按正常操作：删除独立IP，然后重新添加，结果等了一下子就好了，然后变的没有独立IP了，重新添加要再付费，晕了，Est. Total: $5.98

182.50.

Linux/Shared Hosting
Hosting Configuration:
面板也没有独立IP那一项了，郁闷，这种要怎么办啊？
我怎么传不了附件啊，

其实不是我喜欢折腾，而是，不知道怎么了，我主机我就喜欢用一段时间就换下IP，我的老主机基本都是一个月换一次IP，我也说不清这是啥毛病，我只是感觉换下IP好像会快点还是怎样，今天本来想听add.c 的直接把空间退了，结果我还是感觉发个邮件试试看吧，结果他们回复了这个邮件：
