打开网站后台时出现这种情况是怎么回事？

Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

论坛上看帖子是超资源了， 应该不会吧， 我的站流量不是很大就几千IP 。各位，有遇到过这种情况的吗？

几千的IP如果程序优化的不是很好， 已经可能超资源了。
不过出现这个问题不一定就全是超资源， 你可以试试吧配置文件改革名字试试，（web.config， htaccess等）

官方是这么回复的，说可能是脚本问题。但是我应该这么解决呢？
Thank you for contacting Online Support. This 500 internal server error іѕ а gеnеric "There waѕ а рroblem. Try it again later” message. This one is typically caused by scripting. You can use error logs to view your site's error logs for a period of seven days, after which error collection stops and error logs are not available to view. If you extend the expiration date while error collection is taking place, all existing error logs are deleted and the collection process begins anew.
