国内主机商的美国主机也有几十ping的，其实电信机房10ms和gd的250ms，只要稳定，一般的企业网站静态页面都是马上开的，没什么大分别

PING不能代表速度，新加坡宽带出口小，网络部稳定，时快时慢

+1，带宽小，ping低，但是国内访问却很慢
