As you are on a shared hosting environment, there can be times when the load can spike and cause your site to load slower than normal, but this is not something that can be entirely avoided using shared hosting. You may consider changing your account to a more stable Grid Hosting plan; there is no fee to upgrade to Grid. For more information, see Web Hosting Powered by the Grid Frequently Asked Questions.

To Upgrade to Grid-Based Hosting



1.Log in to your Account Manager.


2.From the Products section, click Web Hosting.


3.Click the domain name you want to use.


4.Go to the Edit Account Details tab.


5.From the Plan menu, select the new plan you want to use. Grid-based hosting accounts are labeled "[Plan type] [Operating system] Web" — for example, Deluxe Linux Web.


6.Click Save Changes.


7.Complete any necessary purchases.
