系统安全问题
可能是你没有某个全限或者不支持某个组件吧。
我不是专业的，搞不大清楚，里面说到让你早系统管理员问问看 |

看来windows主机不行啊，我还是用php吧，我之前要安装一个相册程序也是提示这个问题，不知道为什么，晕了都 |
