新Godaddy帐号购买gift card后帐号被锁

我以前有一个godaddy帐号，后来新注册一个，资料基本相同，只是邮箱不同。
昨天我用新帐号购买一个gift cards后，一直没收到gift cards，今天不能登陆，输入帐号就是Request to Unlock Account。
昨天我购买时使用的是支付宝，但开始用ie时老是页面错误，折腾了几回后，又用一个没有数字证书的支付宝帐号由firefox完成支付的。

我想请问：
大概什么原因导致封帐号？如果我不按这个提示的上传身份证信息，帐号是否会被关？关了后购买gift cards的钱会不会退回支付宝？大概需要多久？

我不想传身份证给他们，我想放弃那个帐号。那会把钱退到我支付宝里吗？
