我不小心revoke了我新买的SSL，然后我发邮件去让他们退款，他们前天让我上传我的身份证明，今天又发了一封邮件来

这是我发给他们的内容：
I can't find my SSL certificates in the SSL certificates now,and also in the Payments and Renewing Item,the ip is block by chinese goverment now,how can I refund this service.Godaddy Service is inconvenient and dimness,I hope that you can give me the ansewer and the solution more quickly,I also want to know how can I retrieve my SSL.

他们他们今天第二次回复并让我上传身份证明，我是不是真的不管就能获得退款？我现在的帐号被lock，要上传身份证明来解锁

另外我Goddaddy的帐号用户信息和支付宝的姓名不同，我是不是应该上传我的身份证明让他们验证？
