godaddy一直在设置怎么办？

新买一个godaddy虚拟空间，发现ip被墙。
照着网上的办法，更换主机，先从Linux更换到Windows，结果一直是在设置中。都已经3、4天了。
该怎么办？
ps：开始不知道具体操作，从Linux更换到Windows还没生效就又转回了Linux，接着又更换到Windows等待生效。就发生了这种情况。

联系godaddy客服查看，好像也只能这么做。

以前因为别的事情发过邮件，回复也是这样的。没办法解决问题。
都好几天了。新买的还没用过。。。

这个是godaddy的自动回复，等待他们回复你其他的邮件吧，

收到这个邮件后 24小时内GoDaddy会给你回复的
ps. 联系GoDaddy不要用国内的邮箱, 可能收不到邮件的

我用的是gmail。发了两封，都是自动回复。。
不知道买了产品已经4天左右了，可以退款不
