无语，GD怎么自说自话给我换iP

收到这样一封信，意思是帮我换了iP，现在还没生效，帐户状态正处于
Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change 。FTP也登不上了。更滑稽的是新分配的IP好象还是被大陆封停的，我该怎么办。。。
