[提问] 退款之后收到邮件,请大侠帮我看看什么意思

前几天买了个GD 150G 的空间,IP是亚太的,ping延迟最低600多 高的时候 1000多,杯具了,所以今天就按照教程退款了,但教程最后一布GD会过来确定邮箱,下面的不是我收到的,是教程里说能收到这个邮件,而我收到的是最后那堆英文,有什么区别吗。

5-7个工作日到帐,如果退款不成功他们会联系你的。

我邮件里没看到有5-7个工作日的字样哦,和教程上说的有些不同,请问这个没关系吗?

我的14号也是买了欧洲的主机。速度慢呀。后来我申请退款; 今天支付宝收到了退款。一分不少
