急！难道账户被封了？？

前几天买了Goaddy的空间，上传资料和速度特别慢，本打算日后在考虑。，刚来信通知账户被blocked,郁闷死了，高手帮忙翻译一下，我的账户也进不去了。本人英文不好，我得怎么回复高手帮忙。好像他们要退款，我也不想用了。

你用于支付的卡和注册的名不是一个名吧？如果不一致的话他们可能会认为你的信息有假，就是会封你的帐号
