他们是不会无缘无故封账号的，一般都是存在一些问题才会出现封账号的情况。

我的也是刚买就给停了，只是放了一个ECSHOP的程序在上面测试，现在还没解，考虑要不要继续用下去了

To reactivate your account, please submit a copy of the credit card holder's government-issued identification card (such as a passport or driver's license) and the front and back of the credit card that was charged. You can white out all but the last four card numbers on the card front.

You can submit the identification card and credit card ONE of the following ways:
1) Submit a ticket through our Help Center Verification Queue with the attachment(s).
2) Send the attachment(s) to support-verification@bluehost.com.
3) Fax the documents to 1-801-765-1992 ATTN: Verification.
Make sure to include your main domain name on all documents.
