最近老出现Internal Server Error 的问题怎么办啊

discuz的论坛在更新缓存 时出现这个问题，然后 dedecms 文章更新时又出现这个问题,,,到底是什么原因啊，该怎么解决，谁知道的告诉我一下了..谢谢。
