安装Discuz还是phpbb都显示500 Internal Server Error

今天无论是安装Discuz还是phpbb都显示500 Internal Server Error,空间是godaddy的虚拟150G那个普通型的linux主机，

具体错误显示：Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

我之前安装都成功了，这次怎么都安装不成功···
不输入安装路径时候，用主域名[http://bbs.xirenju.com/]时显示如下
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

不知道什么原因今天忽然访问不了了，下午换了他们的主机，怀疑这几天采集的数据可能有违禁的词，所以把原来的程序数据都删掉了，

这个是不是数据库或者服务器的问题？要联系他们的客服才能解决？

补充下，直接安装 输入http://bbs.xirenju.com/ucenter/install/，安装UCenter_1.5.2_SC_UTF8 时候也是显示
