新放网站无法显示

Read (Directory contents are visible to users)
Write (Applications can write to this directory)

这两个以选择，但还是显示

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

有没其他方面原因导致/？

如果是linux主机屏蔽一下.htaccess这个配置文件，如果win主机屏蔽一下web.config文件，然后看看能不能正常访问。
