[提问] 购买Grid Unlimited的Linux空间,需要提供身份认证??

购买Grid Unlimited的Linux空间,需要提供身份认证吗??
我前天购买了Linux无限制的云主机,15刀/月的那种,之后那个Primiary domain(也就是第一次Launch要填的那个域名)我填了一个免费的三级域名,但是我忘记把三级域名的IP解析到Linux空间了,然后有事就先下线了。
昨天再上线,想登录Godaddy,却一直无法登录,提示:This account is locked. Please contact Customer Service.

然后就联系他们客服了,最后一次是回复如下内容。是不是意思是说要提供什么身份认证啊??真是奇怪了。。唉。。。

对了,刚开始我有填错两次密码,不知道是否因此被锁定了。不过他们回复的邮件,有一封有说到需要他们的“高级技术员”处理我的这个问题。。不知道到底是怎么回事。。。唉。。。。。。

可能是觉得你账户有问题,需要证实一下,你有没有其他godaddy账户什么的,或者你添的信息是假的.

就算信息有问题也不应该锁定账户呀,而且我提供了hint、pin、密码等资料过去了。

不知道到底怎么回事,现在渐渐对Godaddy有些失望。。。

账户被锁,看来必须提供身份证验证账号才行了。
