申请删除空间和域名 Godaddy回复的邮件 求解

空间和域名一起买的，新加坡的IP，速度太忙了所以决定退了重新买一个美国的，看论坛里的人说退款的时候要一起退，然后就一起退了，之后GoDaddy就给我发了这个邮件，是不是说域名不退啊？
回复内容如下：

Thank you for contacting Online Support.  I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Please note that new domain registrations are only refundable within the first 5 days of registration.  Since the domain was not canceled within this time frame, we can not refund it.  You may reactivate it at no charge though.

You can recover expired top-level domain names (TLDs) during the grace period and the Registry Redemption period. You may be required to pay a fee for the domain name recovery.

空间已经退了，要等4-5天到账，域名没给退！！！！

这邮件里面说 域名在注册5天内可以退款，你超过这个时间了，所以他们不能退。
后面是说域名可以继续用  到期后保留其重新赎回吧？但是得另外支付域名赎回的费用？
