[提问] 老出现Internal Server Error问题,谁帮我看看GD客服的邮件

在后台,,后台,,是突然的。不是一直,反正就是操作着就出现了。。。。一刷新没事。。。

谁帮帮忙啊。跟godaddy客服沟通了。看人家的信好像是说没事。我贴出来,两封。

If you purchased your domain name registration with another registrar but are hosting your domain with us, your domain name must use our nameservers. Check with your domain name registrar for specific instructions on how to set your nameservers.



NOTE: Aliased domain names use nameservers based on the date they were added to your hosting account.



After updating your nameservers, allow 4 to 8 hours for other networks to access information for .com and .net domain names, and from 24 to 48 hours for other networks to access information for all other domain extensions.



To Determine Nameservers Based on Hosting Date


If you have a hosting account with us, the default nameservers you need to use depend on the day you set up your hosting account. Use one of the following sets of nameservers:

If you continue to experience error messages we recommend activating and reviewing your hosting account error logs.

To Enable Error Logs




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.

Click Update.



To View Error Logs




From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.

Click View Logs.

Log in using your hosting account username and password.
