godaddy为什么突然把我的空间转移到别的服务器上去了?

早上起来发现网站打不开了,是GD默认的页面,收到一封GD的邮件,大概意思是说把我的空间挪到另的服务器上去了,IP也变更,让我更新玉米的解析记录.
请问GD是否经常发生这样的情况

有时候淘汰老服务器,

ping老的IP地址
明显比新换的这个IP响应时间短

新换的这个没有原来的快
